The 2nd International Urban Planning Conference (iNUPC) 2025, in continuation of the 27th National Urban Planning Conference, is a prestigious event organised by the Faculty of Built Environment and Surveying, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). Jointly hosted by the Department of Urban and Regional Planning and the Urban and Regional Planning Student Association (PEWIBAWA). This conference serves as a strategic platform for thought leaders, policymakers, researchers, and practitioners to engage in critical discourse on the challenges and opportunities arising from rapid urbanisation. iNUPC 2025 seeks to advance innovative, sustainable and inclusive urban planning solutions that address the complex dynamics affecting cities, communities, economies, climate change, and public policy.
